The gap it closes
Real Estate sits at 3.0★ across 220 reviews and is the only serious option in its corner. Its free plan stops at five properties; its single paid plan is $13.82 a month, and what that buys is the property count and removing its own branding. “you can only add five properties to your site for free? I dont like how I have to pay 9 dollars a month to add unlimited properties can you make it free?” is one of its reviews.
The largest cluster is not a feature at all — eight reviews say the board does not appear on the published site: “App wont show on published site”, “Its not showing on my webcam my listings... Only on the editor”, “i added all my listings in the editor but nothing is showing in the live site just a blank page super annoying”, and, newest of all, a one-word “Doesnt work”. Four more are about losing the data itself: “My Listings are gone… two weeks’ worth of data is gone. There was no prompt or warning of any kind.”
Then the three that are ordinary product failures. Six reviews want properties on different pages and cannot get them (“I have different areas and want to put them in the correct page. It is not letting me do this”). Five are about language, one of which describes the mechanism exactly: “if i change the language in the second page, everything changes in the fist page”. And the fixed form: “it does not have an option to add ‘apartment’ instead of ‘condo’”, “I want to change currencies, and also the fields in property types”, “Can’t remove the $ sign.”

Photographs from your own media, the price, the address and the key facts — bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, plot, tenure, energy rating, parking, council tax — plus any facts you name yourself: service charge, ground rent, heating, cadastral reference. Only the title is ever required, and an empty field is simply not drawn.

Put the board wherever you like
Drag the element onto any page, as many times as you like. Each placement can show the whole board, one area, one type or one status, in any of four arrangements, with its own wording — so a Spanish page and an English page can show the same properties in different words.

Let a buyer get in touch
A property opens in a panel over the page, never on a page of its own. The Enquire button goes to your inbox, your telephone, a page of yours or a booking link — this app never receives an enquiry, which is exactly why the button cannot break. It runs in Wix Studio, the classic Wix Editor and Wix Harmony.

It is your site’s data, not ours
Every property is a row in a collection inside your own site. A change is live the moment you save it and the site does not even need republishing. There is no server of ours between your dashboard and your page, which is what the eight “it does not show” reviews are actually about.

It never receives an enquiry
No form of ours, no mail server of ours, no lead record, nothing at all about the person who pressed the button. The incumbent’s reviews are full of a contact path somebody else runs and cannot keep running.

There is no IDX or MLS feed, and there never will be
“No option to integrate with IDX feeds. Pretty useless.” is a one-star review on the app this replaces, and five of its reviews ask for a feed. The apps that do it sit on the same shelf at $131 to $691 a month with “SCAM” and “stuck in DEMO MODE” underneath. These are the properties you type in, and a spreadsheet you control.

Nothing is stored about a visitor
No cookie, no local storage, no identifier. The only row a visitor’s action can ever write is one saying that a property’s Enquire button was pressed, and only when you switch counting on — no name, no address, no telephone number.

Nothing is fetched from anybody else
No fonts, no icon sheets, no trackers. Video and virtual tours load nothing at all until a visitor presses play, and then only the one they asked for, through the no-cookie host.

A paid feature is never destructive
A video, a floorplan or an availability date written on Pro stays in the row if a site drops to Free — the board simply stops drawing it, and your dashboard says which and why. Nothing this app does ever deletes a property.

No badge on any plan, and never auto-added
No watermark and no “powered by”, on the free plan or any other. The app this replaces charges $13.82 a month to remove its own. It appears only where you drag it, and creates no pages of its own.

- Open it from your site dashboard under Apps. It adds the Property board element (editor widget, any page, any number of times) / Dashboard page.
- Follow the three steps above. The free tier covers twelve properties, all four arrangements and every design control, unlimited photographs with a gallery, search and all four filters (type, status, area, bedrooms), your own property types and statuses, facts you name yourself, the price written your way, a real Enquire button in five modes, a map link, share links, wording sets for other languages, and CSV export, so you can prove it works before paying.

What is stored, and where
- Your properties — photographs, prices, particulars, wording and design — are stored in collections inside your own site.
- Nothing about a visitor is stored. The only row a visitor can cause is one saying a property’s Enquire button was pressed, written only when you have switched counting on, and holding no name, address or identifier of any kind.
- Nothing is written to a visitor’s browser: no cookie, no local storage.
- Uninstalling removes the app’s collections. Nothing else is touched.

Questions people ask.
Will it show on my published site?
Yes, and that is the point of how it is built. Your properties are rows in a collection inside your own site, and the element on the page is a custom element that Wix resolves when the page draws — there is no copy on our servers to go missing. If a read ever does come back empty the board asks again before it will say a board is empty, and if it still cannot load it says so in a sentence rather than drawing an empty board.
Can I put different properties on different pages?
Yes, and it is free. Drag the element onto as many pages as you like and pin each one to an area, a property type or a status — the village houses on the village page, what is sold on its own page, lettings somewhere else, all from one board. Several separate boards, each with its own currency and wording, are on Business.
Can I have it in another language?
Yes, and it is free. Every word a visitor reads is a field you edit, and you can keep as many wording sets as you like — make one called Español, translate it once, and point your Spanish page at it. The same properties, different words, on different pages.
Does it connect to an IDX or MLS feed?
No, and it never will. This shows the properties you type in, or bring in from a spreadsheet on Business. The apps that do IDX start at $131 a month and their own reviews are the worst on this shelf.
Does it work on Wix Studio?
Yes. It is a custom element, so it runs on Wix Studio, the classic Wix Editor and Wix Harmony — the same app, the same settings panel. It was built and verified on a published Wix Studio site.
